Born in Dahr El Mghara, Iklim El Kharroub, El-Chouf, Lebanon, Debsy is a small family business with aspirations to expand and reconnect people with nature through healthy, traditional food presented in a modern way.

This vision drives Debsy's mission. Georges Edmond Dagher began crafting vegan and sugar-free sweets sweetened with carob molasses, free from preservatives, and some varieties are gluten-free as well.

The journey began when Najib Dagher first introduced carob molasses to his family and friends, who enthusiastically embraced it and clamored for more. 

Following tradition, Najib's son Edmond continued and expanded his father's work to meet growing market demands. 

From there, Georges Edmond Dagher started his path of innovation and creation. Now, George Dagher and his sons are still innovating in this healthy path that is full of carob.
