Shipping policy

Processing & Delivery Time

Every order is prepared fresh through our partnership with Hamatoura Monastery and delivered via our courier partner, Wakilni. Please allow 7 to 12 days from order placement to delivery. We do not currently offer express or rush delivery.

Delivery Fees

A flat delivery fee of $6 applies to orders up to 20kg and up to 3 boxes.

Order Tracking

You will be notified once your order has been handed off to Wakilni for delivery. For questions about a delivery already in Wakilni's hands, please contact us and we'll help coordinate.

Delays

Because our products are sourced through the monastery, occasional delays beyond the 7–12 day window can happen if an item is temporarily unavailable on their end. We will always contact you if this affects your order.
