Overview

This website is operated by Mounet Tahoun El Deir ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Products

All products are sourced through our partnership with Hamatoura Monastery and prepared to order. Product descriptions, availability, and pricing are accurate to the best of our knowledge but may change without notice.

Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.

Order Acceptance & Fulfillment

Once an order is placed, please allow 7 to 12 days for preparation and delivery via our courier partner, Wakilni, per our Shipping Policy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Delivery

Delivery is fulfilled through our third-party courier partner, Wakilni, at a flat rate of $6 for orders up to 20kg and up to 3 boxes. We do not offer express or expedited delivery. We are responsible for preparing and handing off your order; once in Wakilni's possession, delivery timing and handling are managed by them.

Returns & Refunds

Please see our Refund Policy. As a food business, we do not accept returns except in cases of proven damage on our end.
