Lebanese Baladi Za'atar

A traditional Lebanese baladi za'atar blend prepared at the monastery, ½kg — earthy, herbal, and stronger than the commercial mixes found in most stores. Mix with olive oil for a classic manoushe topping, or sprinkle over labneh and vegetables.
